The “Abandoned” web site is now up and available to all. The site will take you to the full 40-minute “Abandoned” movie on YouTube.
Everyone in Warren should view this film. Warren will never regain the condition we’d all like to see it enjoy until we repair the engine that manufactures so many of our problems: the blight of vacant houses.
I urge everyone to watch “Abandoned” and to forward these links to all their friends and family in the area.
Kudos to the film-make, Claire Gysegem for having the insight and talent to produce this remarkable film.
I actually cried when I watched this. I worked on many of these houses being a contractor in the warren area for many years and to see the blight is very sad indeed. I pray that the the efforts of all of the individuals and groups that are working so hard are successful.
I don’t mind saying I got a little moist-in-the-eyes myself Jerry. It is a very emotional film for anyone who has any feelings for Warren.
